MARKETING THE CITY

Capital City Partnership's marketing efforts, in partnership with Culture, Inc., include the development and management of initiatives, events, and infrastructure that create vitality for the Capital City.

These focused efforts enhance the downtown experience for employees, residents, and visitors, and cross-promote and drive traffic to St. Paul's main attractions and venues. Capital City Partnership is dedicated to developing initiatives that create an inviting environment and a unique urban experience.

Capital City Flower Program

The Capital City Flower Program adds to the beauty of St. Paul's streetscapes. The flower program was established in 1999 in partnership with the City to beautify the streetsscape of downtown and add charm and elegance to the streets. Watch for over 250 cascading flower baskets to line the streets of St. Paul each spring and summer, along with other garden projects that are apart of Blooming St. Paul!

Capital City Lights Program

The Capital City Lights Program sets the parks of downtown St. Paul aglow during winter. Be sure to check out all of the white, twinkling lights that decorate the downtown core. Capital City Partnership in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department make this possible, along with several corporate sponsors!
