partnership with the City of Saint Paul to transform St. Paul's
historic Rice Park into a Rockefeller Center-style setting for
the holiday season. From Thanksgiving through New Year's Eve,
the heart of downtown St. Paul will become an enchanting winter
wonderland. The magical downtown experience captures the spirit
of the holiday season for all who work, live, and visit the Capital City.
