Capital City Lights Program

The Capital City Lights Program sets the parks and streets of downtown Saint Paul aglow during the winter months. Be sure to check out all of the white, twinkling lights that decorate the downtown core. Capital City Partnership, in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department and corporate sponsors, helps to make Saint Paul shine.
