Saint Paul's Economic Development Partners

This strategic vision unifies the work and plans of the economic development partners and provides direction and focus for their efforts. Capital City Partnership, the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Saint Paul’s Department of Planning and Economic Development, the Saint Paul Port Authority, the Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation, and the Saint Paul Convention & Visitors Authority are the economic development partners that guide the implementation of the Framework and downtown development to continue the revitalization of Minnesota’s Capital City. The economic partners will focus on 6 key initiatives that make-up the economic development plan for the city: business retention and expansion, business attraction, Invest Saint Paul initiatives, streamlining the development process, workforce development, and downtown revitalization.
