Shaping St. Paul's Future

Saint Paul has undergone a remarkable renaissance
over the past decade. The momentum is continuing in Saint Paul, and the city building vision for the future is strong. Many development projects have been identified that will spur economic development in the city. Following is a selected list of future projects:

Highland Park neighborhood. This represents an unprecedented redevelopment opportunity for the entire region.

Minnesota Thunder Feasibility Study – Capital City Partnership has commissioned a feasibility study on the design and construction of a new soccer facility for the Minnesota Thunder. The proposed site and design will also accommodate future expansion for a MLS team.
